"House of Depression", 15x22: Watercolor

Sacramento County’s “Mental Illness: It’s not always what you think” project presents the fifth annual Journey of Hope, a collaborative art exhibit that pairs local artists and writers to share stories about mental health, hope and recovery.

The Sacramento Fine Arts Center is the second exhibit in the 2019 Journey of Hope traveling art display. Each art piece began with a story written by a Sacramento County resident living with mental illness, which was then given to a local artist to be used as inspiration for an original two or three-dimensional art piece.

Journey of Hope at Sacramento Fine Arts Center through November 17.
Public Reception: Nov. 9, 2019, 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

"The Mountain", accepted to Rancho Cordova Arts Fall Show in the City Hall through January 25.

Watercolor #3388, "Fair Food", accepted to NCA's Bold Expressions 2019 Interational Juried Exhibit. 22x15; watercolor. Exhibits in October 2019 at Sacramento Fine Arts Center. Closing Reception, October 27, 2 pm.
