Chalk It Up Sacramento
The 17th Annual Art Festival benefiting art education was held in Fremont Park, Sacramento, September 1-3, 2007. The artist was proud to be sposered to paint a sidewalk square. The artist also painted a number of plein aire watercolors shown below.
